使用TLK100做以太网PHY，用的3.3V单电源供电的方式，FPGA直接驱动发送UDP数据，用PC机上的网口抓包软件监视发送情况。现在只有一台DELL的笔记本能够收到发送的数据，其他的PC都没有数据包。请问可能出现的问题是什么？图是DELL笔记本抓到的数据包。
