DS100MB203SQE通过背板与 交换芯片（博通的）的XFI口相连（万兆SERDES），
问题是：
有部分板卡在接收方向上有FCS，已调节了博通内部的均衡设置，有所改善，但是没法进一步优化了；
希望能从模拟开关入手找到一些办法；
FCS的方向是：光模块---CDR---交叉---BCM，速率是10G，链路线长 17 inch.
4）我们已做了一些尝试：
改变模拟开关的预加重的设置，但是仍然没法消除FCS，每隔几秒钟就会出现几个FCS.请求指导
