如附件中的图片显示，我想咨询一下为什么DP83848的Pin13、Pin14、Pin16、Pin17即 RX+/-、TX+/-必须并接49.9欧的电阻通过一个0.1uF的电容到地，而且49.9欧的电阻必须上拉接到VDD呢？
正常来说当PHY的UTP端口是电压型驱动的话，我变压器的中心抽头是肯定需要接到VDD的，TX-/TX+、RX-/RX+ 并接49.9欧的电阻通过一个0.1uF的电容到地因为完全能够理解，可是49.9欧电阻为什么一定要上拉到VDD呢？
