TI有ISO系列的隔离芯片，不过以数字隔离器为主。你可以去这个链接看没有满足你需要的

另外，你想隔离的信号速度，电源，还有期望的隔离电压都是多少？
AMC1200, ISO122/4可以用于模拟信号的隔离和放大。
AMC1200是Gain=8， ISO124是Gain=1的。
