LMK03001工作一段时间后发热严重

ADS42LB49芯片采用LMK03001为其提供时钟信号，当功能板运行一段时间后时钟芯片就很烫，必须物理散热。

LMK03001采用的5V转3.3V的LDO（LT1963EST-3.3）供电。

请问这个原因是设计上的还是与代码有关呢？有什么好的解决方法么？
