看到了，开发板上只有一个dp83640芯片，要通过MII Conector连接到其他板子上。
其实我需要的是开发套件，能够有源码，帮助我们开发的。
我们现在的平台是ARM9，操作系统Linux，MII接口连接到DP83640上。
