VCOSN74LS624的FREQ CONT管脚输入方波是方波的频率最大是多少？看了一下data sheet，里面并没有提到最大输入频率。。

FREQ CONT是frequency control input voltage引脚，你可以参考Figure4，可以看到Cext在50pF时，不同的Vi（Freq）对应的输出频率也不同。Vi（freq）的电压范围为0~5V。
