设计一个板卡，用AM3352 + DP83822来是实现网口通信，但DP83822 始终不能Link，是否DP83822必须通过AM3352 的MDIO配置后才能Link，或是DP83822 的硬件设计上必须进行哪些配置才能Link？与AM3352用的RGMII接口通信，外部时钟是25M 晶振。
硬件的话主要看下strapping pin的配置。
您是通过读寄存器发现不能link的吗？ 这里的link指的是在Auto-Negotiation时候不正常还是其他？
