这个是我们设计的外围电路，不知道为什么，在工作 的时候芯片发热比较严重，比较烫
这款芯片底部有个thermal pad，有没有正确处理？将thermal pad 下面铺相同面积的铜到GND来提高散热。
那个部分已经是通过接GND来提高散热了

芯片工作是正常的，静态电流这些没测试过，晶振也是起振的
这个芯片存在概率性1.1V大电流问题，还在跟FAE确认中，我比较怀疑是芯片级BUG
