我用单片机控制62005时高电平引脚总被拉低至1.2V--1.9V，尝试过加1至10K的上拉电阻，无效果，芯片仍不工作。测得3.3V输出的VCCOUT引脚仅为0.8-1.5V，单片机悬空时IO电平3.3V。请问这是为什么？是否时钟芯片出问题？
你好，VCCOUT是output buffer和output divder的供电，被拉低请先检查输出引脚是否有焊接短路等现象，并且请确认3.3V供电部分的电流是否满足CDCE62005的功耗要求。谢谢
