有没有类似TXS0108E TSSOP20 输出大负载电容的IC啊？可以替换当前的IC ?或者怎么解决接TVS管有干扰的问题？
您的负载电容多大？或者尝试在TXS0108E的输出端串联一个小电阻（22ohm～100ohm之间）和电容进行隔离试试，看是否还有干扰。
TVS管等效电容大约500PF左右
串电容会对方波信号进行整形，有一款IC替换就更好了；目前测试情况，去掉TXS0108E或者TVS管，PWM信号均正常
