您好，我打算使用USB让板子与PC之间进行数据通信。看到TUSB1210这款芯片，有个问题：

1、数据传输过程：fpga发送并行数据A0-A7给TUSB1210，然后此芯片再用串行的方式传送给PC是吗？

2、我打算在PC上编写上位机来接收数据，我看到有个芯片CH375，好像提供了CH375.DLL之类的文件用于上位机的编写，请问TUSB1210这个芯片有类似的文件吗？
