TUSB9261烧写固件后没法识别

大家好：

        我现在使用的是TUSB9261芯片，用来做USB转sata，参照了demo板的电路做的板子，现在USB连接电脑之后，用官方提供的烧录软件可以识别芯片而且也能烧写成功，但是成功之后再拔插USB之后就什么都没法识别了，芯片都识别不到了，请问怎么回事啊？？
