在使用TI DP83640时, DP83640与ARM通信不上, 工作模式为RMII，晶振为25MHZ，TX_CLK&RX_CLK都是50MHZ， CLOCK OUT为25M，麻烦问下会是什么原因导致CLOCK 输出不对???
寄存器0X1C的bit12 CLK_OUT RXCLK怎么配置的？ 配置为0反映的才是reference clock，输出50MHz。
