根据TI官网设计：
12Gbps 多通道 BERT 板参考设计
LMX2581的输出分频系数只能为2到38的偶数，也就是说，当VCO=2.5GHz时，输出最大为2.5G/2=1.25G。
但需要注意VCO的频率范围为1880 MHz ～ 3760 MHz。超过这个频率范围就没法配置了。
