在DS125DF1610使用中，连接方式为：多核芯片连接retimer，retimer连接FPGA。
1、每次初始化多核芯片时，retimer不随着初始化，FPGA出现有通道的连接状态变为down了，百分之八九十的概率出现；
2、每次初始化多核芯片时，retimer随着初始化，FPGA所有通道的连接状态都为up；
retimer使用中需要随着前端的输入进行初始化？出现上述现象后读取retimer的0x78发现无异常，但有通道down了，是否还有其它寄存器来指示down的状态？
