您好：

  我用一个输出为2.5VLVCMOS的晶振给CDCLVD1204提供输入，并按照1.25V给VTH提供外部偏置，但是CDCLVD1204各输出管脚都是2.0V的高电平，没有LVDS输出，这是为什么? 

补充情况：我用示波器观察过晶振的输出，有一定的过冲和下冲，过冲峰值超过了2.8V，下冲则低于0.3V。
