你好，我这边再使用964+913时也遇到了类似的问题，sensor输出为1280*720 yuyv(yuv422 8bit), 使用RAW12 HF时，964的line len(0x75 0x76)的值稳定为0xf00, 使用RAW12 LF时，line len再0xa00附近变动，因为使用的时yuv422格式，理论上linelen应该为0xa00才对，但是LF时这个值又不能稳定，确认过数据的行场信号应该都没问题，sensor的配置在其他方案中（913 + 914）也有使用
