这里，M(1～511)和N(1～4 095)是PLL乘法器／除法器的值；Pdiv(1～127)是输出的分频因子
那么在寄存器里面M和N是怎么体现的呢？暂时只找到N没有找到M，请问M值如何输入
看一下手册第25页的例子吧。里面有计算，转换成R了
