看TI的ESD教学视频的时候，里面讲了芯片的TLP故障电压，即芯片管脚能够支持100ns瞬态的最大电压值，求教各种各样的芯片数据手册中如何去查找这个TLP值，因为选择ESD芯片的钳位电压值时需要知道被保护芯片管脚的TLP值，谢谢
