DP83849datasheet中推荐的是上拉。
TCT和RCT是变压器发送端和接收端的中心抽头。中心抽头必须接3.3V拉高
据我了解有的网络变压器手册推荐电路TCT、RCT通过电容接地？这又是为什么呢？谢谢~
