MAX3221、MAX3223这两款芯片在手册上介绍都有ESD保护+-15KV人体模型 ，请问一下在电路设计的时候还需要外加TVS管吗？
取决于你处的应用场合的防静电等级要求。TVS主要为了防护瞬态过电压对器件造成的可能影响。为了增强静电防护能力，也可以考虑TI的一些保护器件。
