求助选择AD芯片或AD采集子卡

目前需要这样一款高速AD芯片、AD采集子卡或AD/DA采集子卡：

（1）采集信号类型为脉冲信号（500K的信号中100ns的脉冲）

（2）电压范围0-2V，差分或者单端输入均可

（3）输出信号最好为LVDS或者LVCMOS。

（4）母板为VC707（FPGA）。
