ULN2003AN输出电流

查阅ULN2003AN的datasheet，其每路输出均可达到最大值500mA。

我在测试过程中发现，电流输出达到150mA，芯片发热比较严重，在此情况下，是否需要增加散热片？还是说属正常现象，可以不用管它。

如果继续增大输出电流，是否需要增加散热片？
