TXB0108的OE必须要接电阻上拉么，直接接VCCA可以么？
现在在接到VCCA上，但是VCCB侧的信号，被拉低
直接接VCCA 可以，但是开机的正常时序是上电时，OE拉低使得TXB0108输出高阻态，然后当power 起来稳定之后再将OE拉高，输出使能。 也就是说上电过程，OE是一个由低到高的变化过程。 可以通过主控的GPIO控制。
