手册中指出了VCCA/VCCB的电压范围涵盖2.8V
但是具体描述Switching Characteristics时没有提到，不知道这么用是否可行？
涵盖了就说明是可以的，只要不超过电压最小最大值范围即可以实现。
Switching Characteristics只是列举了一些常见的应用例子。
