dp83848无法完成初始化，读BMCR的值为0X3100，读BMSR的值为0x7849.查数据手册，BMSR寄存器第5位为0解释为自动协商过程未完成。可能的原因有哪些？我使用的是STM32F107芯片，工作模式设置的RMII模式。
