DP83867连千兆出现不通情况

如题，

1.使用的时候两个DP83867对接  有出现ping不通的情况，改为百兆网就可以ping通；
2.单独使用的时候也有连接千兆网络不通，但是连接百兆网就是通的情况。
下面是不通时候的寄存器配置。
