TI的模拟开关的最大允许通过电流参数是多少

1；使用了TI的模拟开关芯片。spdt。单刀双掷型。www.ti.com.cn/.../ts5a3159a.pdf
2：大部分人都是用来做spi或者uart的通路切换。参数里面有个信号线允许通过的最大电流。不知道是哪一个。
手册看不出这个允许通过的电流是哪个参数。是It On-state switch current current的50ma还是Latch-Up Performance Exceeds 的100 mA  
不知道这个芯片的信号线允许通过的最大电流是多少。

    首先您参考的不是TS5A3159A最新版本的datasheet，这个是最新版本的：

    Absolute MAximum rating中的参数指的是芯片能够承受的最大电流，电压的值，比如新版本中的on state switch current为200mA，peak current为400mA（ 1ms, 10% duty cycle前提下），但这没有考虑到芯片的最佳性能，或者说随着温度升高，长期工作状态，只是在短时间能能够承受的最大电流电压值。 我们在使用的时候，要参考的是recommended electrical characteristics中的电气特性，另外，latch up current 是和ESD 也有关系的，所以我们要参考latch up current。
