我在74ALVC164245输入端串入了100欧姆电阻 ，然后发现即使直接把电阻接到地上，164245的输入管脚也无法被拉到低电平，在vcc=5v的情况下大约在2.8v左右，如果不接这个输入电阻，那么可以把输入管脚拉到低电平，为什么会出现这种情况，它的等效输入电路是啥样的？
感觉是配置成了输出口，检查一下OE和DIR 的设置。
OE和DIR 没问题,拿掉电阻后可以正常作为输入端口使用
