    信号输入范围是0-5.5V,芯片应该不会损坏,但是在1.8V供电时识别低电平范围缩小了为0~1.8*0.35V。
    若3.3V供电时,芯片一般的输出低电平最大限制是0.3V*3.3V(不在特殊说明的情况下),所以没法保证sn74lvc1t45在VCCA在1.8V供电时,能够识别3.3V信号线上的低电平。
