在LMH0318、LMH1218的datasheet中，有关电源的部分提到：
9 Power Supply Recommendations
Follow these general guidelines when designing the power supply:
1. The power supply should be designed to provide the recommended operating conditions in terms of DC
voltage, AC noise, and start-up ramp time.
当中的start-up ramp time没有在datasheet中找到描述，是否对这个有要求呢？如果没有要求的话，VDD的2.5V的 ramp time是否可以是100ms或更大？芯片是不是只会在VDD大于2.375V时才开始工作的呢？
另外同类接口芯片LMH1219中却没有提到start-up ramp time这项，是不是也有要求呢？
