在TLK2711的datasheet中，对TXCLK的描述包括Frequency tolerance，正负100ppm，比如时钟频率100MHz，那么频率容忍度为正负1ps，与jitter 峰峰值的40ps有冲突，那位专家能解答一下，应该是个人理解的问题。
jitter 指的是相位噪声
Frequency tolerance 指的是频率的容忍度，所以对应为10KHz，jitter是时钟抖动，在频域上对应的是相位噪声。所以不冲突。谢谢
