这个应该是芯片本身有个125mhz的时钟，不管怎么改变layout都是徒劳，希望从芯片本身来解决这个问题；
跟TD RD都没有关系，根据实际测试，频率都是在管脚边上发射出来的，也就是说是芯片内部发射出来的，跟外围器件及布线没有关系
