操作描述：
1、使用MII接口
2、上电后仅对BMCR和BMSR寄存器进行操作。BMCR寄存器仅操作软件复位。
现象描述
PHY芯片无法被驱动，数据无法发出。
疑问：
1、该芯片启动后寄存器如何配置？
2、电路图是否有问题？下面贴图
