是否有就是一个按键按下松开可以改变输出并持续这个电平，下次按下再改变这个这个电平继续持续输出
不是不是我的意思是有没有IC等同于一个自锁按键我这边给输入3秒钟高电平给ic，ic输出高，然后我再给三秒中低电平它输出低
