I2C是用来配置VID， PID,以及PHY的配置信息，datasheet中也有描述：
provides customization though OTP ROM, I2C EEPROM or through an I2C/SMBus slave interface for PID, VID, and custom port and phy configurations。
但是如果不使用EEPROM，HUB也是能正常工作的。
