DP83848通讯问题

用DP83848CVV通讯，原理图没变，新版本修改了layout 走线，目前同样的程序，能读出老版本和新版本DP83848的30个寄存器都是一样的，但是新版本的就是不通讯，PING也不通，指示灯一个常亮一个闪烁。请问如何来排查该原因，做了200套，都有这个问题，请帮忙看下，谢谢！
