如果不用PLL1的话，那么在PCB上应该将CLKin0、CLKin0*、CPout1悬空么？

通过LMK04803的寄存器R11将器件设为只使用PLL2的单锁相环模式就可以。
第一级的参考输入和输出的管脚悬空即可，芯片内部对第一级PLL已作power down处理。
配置上要powerdown, 可以悬空
