您好，电阻只有1.5ohm将近短路了，应该是不正常的呢。多测量几片试试呢？
这个是我的电路原理图，3.3V转5V电平，245芯片装配上后测量5V0和VCC3V3之间的电阻只有1.7欧姆，245芯片拆下来后测量5V0和VCC3V3之间的电阻有几千欧姆，直接测量芯片的7和42腿发现电阻只有1.5欧姆
