1.差分芯片047和048A使能引脚EN用1K电阻上拉，电源电压3.3V供电，电源引脚并联0.1uF电容，048A差分端接100Ω电阻，电缆用网线连接，线长约5米，发现个别芯片发烫严重，差分引脚容易损坏，差分引脚在未损坏前通讯正常，
差分引脚正常情况下 正极电压1.3V负极电压1.0 这是时钟信号
这个是不正常差分引脚电压值
