目前通过FPGA的两个输出3.3V接到TXS0108E的VA和OE端，用电压表连接VB和GND，此时电压表输出为零。B1与GND之间电压为0.4V。刚刚入门，还望各位前辈不吝赐教！
也就是VA，OE输入3.3V的同时，VB也必须接输入5V，这样才能使A端输入的3.3V高低电平转换为B端的5V嘛？
是的，TXS0108E的VCCA和VCCB都需要提供供电电压，请查看数据手册6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions表格
