大家好，我想问一下，逻辑电路SN74HC138D在使用过程中失效，现测量出引脚A阻抗为0.76KΩ（正常器件为高阻），Vcc阻抗变为600Ω。电路中外部接入一根导线连接控制引脚A，导线在工作时首先连接到产品的地上，在工作过程中脱离地变为悬空状态，这样会导致器件失效吗
