我在使用USB2ANY的过程中，不小心将J4_Pin3 (SPI SCLK)损坏了，具体表现为：连接TISC读写寄存器数据时，通过示波器检测，SCLK对应的引脚一直保持低电平。请问一下这个要怎么联系售后技术支持呢？
我这边是在贸泽电子官网买的，请问这个要怎么处理呢？按理说技术支持和售后应该都由TI负责吧？
