THVD2410: A、B端口耐压问题

RE\和DE设置低电平后,在A端接24V,结果THVD2410烧掉了。手册上写的A、B端耐压是70V的,为什么会烧呢?

  • 您好,按照您的描述,是RE\和DE都设置低电平了,吗?如果是的话,也就是说THVD2410 处于接收器enable状态(RE低有效),而驱动器 disable(DE高有效).这也就是我们正常使用THVD2410的接收功能.然后此时AB 给了70V的电压, 但是这时候我们需要参考的是"推荐的电气参数", AB的电压范围为+-25V, 超过+-25V应该是对器件造成损坏的.datasheet有类似描述.The THVD24x0 drivers are protected against any DC supply shorts in the range of -70 V to +70 V. The devices internally limit the short circuit current to ±250 mA in order to comply with the TIA/EIA-485A standard. In addition, a fold-back current limiting circuit further reduces the driver short circuit current to less than ±5 mA if the output fault voltage exceeds ±25 V.

    另外+-70V的总线保护电压指的是输入引脚对地能承受的最大电压,如果施加了70V电压,那么内部电路将短路限流在250mA以内,防止器件损坏.目前您的测试条件是receiver enable状态下,总线处于工作状态, 测试条件不一样,

    实验时,加了24V,是怎么测试的? 是否有更换新的IC试试,还是损坏吗?理论上不超过+-25V是没问题的。
