在使用947配940时，947看规格书是具有I2S转换TDM的功能寄存器的，请问940N是否支持TDM数据格式？如果不支持，配对时是否只能使用I2S数据格式？

另外，947使用双通道I2S数据转换成TDM时除了配置TDM_CONFIG寄存器外还需要做哪些配置？
