请教下TCAN1057A-Q1的第8pin是高有效还是低有效？从图示来看没有看到其低有效的图例，但从描述来看它是内部上拉的，所以是否是低有效？还是一开始就是默认silent mode?

8脚高电平时是默认的silent mode，如果不使用silent mode，需要将其置为低电平
