您好，我们在使用芯片的时候，需要参考Recommended Operating Conditions的电气参数，6V是最大绝对值，指的是VCC最大能承受的电压，超过这个供电芯片会损坏。 但芯片的功能性测试，需要参考推荐的电气参数表格，所以可以看到，VCC的最大电压不超过3.6V，典型电压3.3V。 不能使用5V供电。
