DP83867IR: How to increse RX_CLK driver capbility in RGMII interface through PHY registers?

Dear TI Partners ,Our Project use DP83867's RGMII interface to MAC,We find RX_CLK and RX_DATA  high voltage level is about 1.5V in 125MHz. Can this driver level incresed by software through PHY register? Thanks a lot!
