I download TPD1E0B04 S-Parameter Model in the website, but I have below 3 question need your help:
1.In the data sheet, it shows this diode has 0.13pf parasitic capacitance, so could you please help confirm this S-parameter is series model or shunt model S-parameter?
2.This S-parameter just have one port, could you please guild us how to connect this one port s-parameter to the circuit path in ansys?
3. Could you provide series model S parameter of this diode, not shunt model S parameter.
1.) This S1P file is a shunt model.
2.) For this model, you would simply connect it in parallel to the line the diode will be protecting. Here is an example below:
3.) The 1 port model will give you the same information as the 2 port model if connected like the above picture since the device basically acts like a filter. Is there a particular reason you need the series model?
